Q: What are some of the standard ways Leaps is used?
A: Leaps is used in several formats with outstanding results. Any education format that needs to address behaviors, integrative skills, and/or disciplinary issues is a good fit for Leaps. Some of the most common Leaps uses are:
- Disciplinary Education – Leaps is used in alternative school, in-school suspensions, behavioral adjustment classes, and counseling programs for students who have exhibited disruptive behaviors.
- Specialized Education – Leaps is used extensively in education for students with learning disorders and intellectual deficits to provide the behavior adjustment strategies and methods for these students. Leaps also provides the comprehensive assessment and profile that allows a specialized educator to create the behavioral component for the IEP.
- School Wide Initiatives – Leaps is in use in multiple locations as the school’s “Character Education” program. Other schools have adopted Leaps as their health curriculum and other schools have decided to proactively teach appropriate social skills and are using Leaps as the basis for that teaching.

Q: Is Leaps an annual subscription?
A: Yes. Leaps is an online program available on an annual subscription basis. Any site which purchases Leaps will have an unlimited number of licenses for anyone to use the curriculum and assessment tools for a period of one year from the date a purchase order is received.
